之前襯Black Sheep Restaurants推出Plated限定餐單，就去左試bookmark左好耐嘅Associazione  Chianti，因為Plated menu嘅套餐比平時a la carte 抵食好多！ Associazione Chianti主打炭燒dye-aged 風乾牛排，Bistecca alla Fiorentina係必嗌！大塊T  Bone牛扒，牛扒切得厚厚，肉味濃郁，肉質嫩滑，肉汁豐富，仲有炭火焦香味！冇誇張，真係暫時係香港食過最好食嘅牛扒！
