今天去了灣仔船街一間意大利餐餐廳吃牛扒。這裏最出名的是T bone牛扒。我們點了五成熟的牛扒,我覺得這塊牛扒有點乾。沙律和前菜都不是很本地人的口味。前菜是生的青瓜和蘿蔔條,橄欖油有很大的草青味,白色的像麻醬。餐前的麵包口感特別,煙煙韌韌。前菜沙律不錯,醬料很輕盈。麵包乾也算好吃,是大大片的麵包乾。再配上煙肉和芝士片。意大利雲吞是用新鮮的蘑菇所制,但我不是覺得十分香,普普通通。朋友都說這塊牛扒很好吃,但我覺得有點乾。有些跟位還很硬。甜品的Tiramisu酒味很香。蛋白餅蛋糕對香港人的口味來講還是偏甜。店內的氣氛很好,我們一直坐談話。職員們還細心幫我們加水。總括而言,價錢來說是有點貴的。但也是值得一試。

Disappointed! Bad food experience! Noisy environment & the ribeyes steak COSTATA suppose was medium rare but turn out RAW inside! And a bit chewy as well! The hand made pasta with Chianti with beef ragu also so so and not worth for the price! The beef tartare was average. Definitely won’t visit again.

最報甜品叫左tiramisu. 呢個係我食過暫時最好食嘅tiramisu. 底下餅底吸滿咖啡,咖啡濃得嚟又帶有少少酒味,中間啲cream 好滑好香。同埋佢嘅份量都唔少,值得一試。

因為想食牛排,所以問到呢間餐廳。見到呢間既T-bone steak好吸引,所以就book左。1kg T-bone steak超級驚喜。我地叫左7成熟,係啱啱好。牛排好軟但唔韌,仲要好juicy。本身以為1kg兩個人食唔晒,但係最後好快俾我地清左。不得不提個牛排醬汁,有別於一般既醬,好特別,同塊牛排好夾。另外,前菜既免費mini bread都好驚喜,配搭埋自家製既芝士醬就好perfect。我地仲叫左蜜瓜配ham,加左九層塔落去配,好特別,好fresh。

Foodwise, it’s definitely not something we expected at this price point. Nothing stood out and even its steak, was far from juicy and flavourful. I only found their complimentary garlic knot yummy throughout the whole meal. We had their tiramisu (forgot to take a picture) which was better than others and if you come here for birthday celebration, they will sing the birthday song in Italian. I guess that’s the only happy memory for the whole night.
