今天去了灣仔船街一間意大利餐餐廳吃牛扒。這裏最出名的是T bone牛扒。我們點了五成熟的牛扒,我覺得這塊牛扒有點乾。沙律和前菜都不是很本地人的口味。前菜是生的青瓜和蘿蔔條,橄欖油有很大的草青味,白色的像麻醬。餐前的麵包口感特別,煙煙韌韌。前菜沙律不錯,醬料很輕盈。麵包乾也算好吃,是大大片的麵包乾。再配上煙肉和芝士片。意大利雲吞是用新鮮的蘑菇所制,但我不是覺得十分香,普普通通。朋友都說這塊牛扒很好吃,但我覺得有點乾。有些跟位還很硬。甜品的Tiramisu酒味很香。蛋白餅蛋糕對香港人的口味來講還是偏甜。店內的氣氛很好,我們一直坐談話。職員們還細心幫我們加水。總括而言,價錢來說是有點貴的。但也是值得一試。 continue reading

Disappointed! Bad food experience! Noisy environment & the ribeyes steak COSTATA suppose was medium rare but turn out RAW inside! And a bit chewy as well! The hand made pasta with Chianti with beef ragu also so so and not worth for the price! The beef tartare was average. Definitely won’t visit again. continue reading
