To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冬天就每日都想打😛😛😛食椰子雞終於吾洗返大陸食啦宜家香港終於都開左啦！！想打邊爐又清淡少少，所以我地選左椰子雞！讚呀避開了高峰晚市時段，18:00入座，店員安排卡位坐得舒服d😘四季椰子雞$168半隻，2人食就剛剛好！雞肉白白嫩嫩，脂肪比例平均，吾似我地平時食既黃油雞咁肥，雞肉經椰子水煮過之後，面層油份亦都唔多🐥肉質爽彈不肥，而且完全沒有雪藏味因用上新鮮的椰青水🥥所以感覺很新鮮很清甜吃到底，湯底比起最初更鮮甜娃娃菜更吸收了椰青湯的精華，食落更鮮甜。響鈴即叫即炸，一客有3件大大件，而且食落勁脆口，食到停吾到口tim ah 最後我同朋友都忍不住都飲曬個椰青湯底。排骨煲仔飯細既煲仔飯已經足夠2-3人吃🥰我地重飽到食吾曬，排骨勁滑，肥瘦適中，讚呀。重食到好多飯焦啦，火喉真係剛剛好🔥我食食下加埋椰青湯底落去食，好像食茶漬飯咁，更有一番滋味
