To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日聽朋友講烤魚有特色又好味，經開九龍城，便來此店幫襯。一家三囗叫了個二人餐，加一個小食同米線，烤魚連爐上，暖洋洋，冬天食一流。價錢方面唔算貴，在此幫襯是一個唔錯嘅選擇。介紹如下：酸菜味烤魚,味道幾好,微微酸,又醒胃,條魚新鮮又唔腥,配埋水晶薯粉一流.脆香雞中翼即叫即炸,熱辣香脆,幾好味.芥茉肚絲麻麻哋,好鬼死咸.鮮魚片魚湯米線味道OK,湯底鮮甜冇腥味.凉拌萵笋好爽口,配合個汁好好食.整體味道ok,如果鹹度減番少少會更佳。
