最近天氣凍咗好多,同朋友食飯都想食啲熱辣辣嘅嘢,朋友想食小菜就揀咗呢間位於山東街嘅小菜館「榮哥煮場」。同朋友揀咗幾抵食嘅二人套餐。套餐揀一款煲、一款小菜、跟白飯、前菜、及甜品。雲耳味道酸酸地非常醒胃,想滋味啲可以配餐廳提供嘅辣椒豉油。酸甜藍莓骨 : 平時都係食開糖醋骨、咕嚕肉,藍莓骨就真係第一次食,味道甜甜酸酸之餘帶點藍莓味,估唔到都幾夾。濃湯花膠雞煲 : 雞煲份量非常足料,湯底味道濃郁得嚟唔油膩,而且重有個火爐一直煮等佢唔會凍,雞肉口感嫩滑,花膠亦非常大件,是日甜品係清甜嘅桃膠雪耳燉雪梨。
