上菜嘅時候雞湯係微暖嘅,會附埋一個爐可以滾返起個湯先飲,夠熱之後就較細火啲暖住個湯,個湯好足料,除咗有好多花膠同埋雞件,仲有啲芹菜同雲耳~ 雞湯味道都幾濃郁,好重雞味,但唔會好鹹,仲標榜無味精!

巴東牛肉不是獨立上碟,是放在米線中,加兩、三條生菜,一點點芽菜,數片雲耳,有點像五香肉丁米線,單餸。
牛肉煮得彼腍,有辣味,沒有牛味,有7-8粒,味道尚可,但不會再跟米線點。
當車仔麵食的話,可點多兩個餸呢!

1. Appetizer: Beans With Sesame Sauce (designated)
The beans are bland, mainly relying on the sesame sauce to enhance the flavor.
2. Signature Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage and Chill
The fish is heated by an electric stove. Side dishes include mushrooms and sauerkraut. The sour taste is satisfactory, but the spiciness is not enough. When the soup boils, the waiter immediately turns off the stove and thus the heat of the the dish cannot be maintain.
3. Fried Grapefruit Shrimp
As the shrimp are served, a crispy sound can be heard when eat the shrimp. The portion of grapefruit is moderate. The shrimp taste a little bit sour and refresh.
4. Rice
The rice is hot enough and moderately soft and hard.
5. Dessert: Mango Pomelo Sago
The dessert taste bland , only the taste of sago can be eaten, and no fruit flesh is included.

The restaurant environment is bright and the service is average. We waited for about 5 minutes, but no menu is given.
The restaurant emphasize on MSG-free dishes, but we was still thirsty after eating. JL couple foodie don't think it's worth for your patronage.
