餐廳鄰近西灣河碼頭,單字取名埠幾有意境有VIP房,望住碼頭同海景食,氣氛一流除了室內雅座,出面仲有食煙位但天氣太凍海風咁勁,暫時就不了不了如果秋涼季節,坐出去食一定好chill餐廳就以串燒為主,酒類都多如果要熱食嘅都有壽喜燒、烏冬、飯之類串燒必須酒,札幌生啤,易入口,麥味重前菜少量沙律菜伴碟,蕃茄有調味過原來就咁一舊蕃茄可以整到咁好食出面嘅魚乾係真係要用力去嚼  我嫌真係太乾曾經喺日本居酒屋食過,都係好似呢個咁偏淋易咬,惹味,食完良久仲有餘味殘留口中從來覺得雞泡魚乾係為伴啤酒而生未幾店員就端上咗個熱石爐,怕客人口水太多串燒放太耐凍咗唔好食,好貼心!!秋葵俾我食咗幾粒先影,忍唔住有人唔鍾意佢黏黏滑滑嘅感覺,明明就好草青好正好滑腸咁仲點咗雞軟骨、雞皮、牛舌、豚五花雞皮最緊要係咬落嗰下脆,趙落就淋淋地好香口牛舌大大塊又淋軟,個燒汁調得唔錯羊扒我嘅指標就係夠SO就得,肉嫩,未咬到去近骨邊位已經好重羊SO味,超正合格有突!羊控必點紫蘇梅子雞腿肉紫蘇香氣獨特,味道甘甘甜甜,仲有粒蛋跟住上第一次食呢個配搭都幾新鮮草青+蛋黃+梅子醬汁嘅雞肉,意外地出色食開放題,對芝士年糕嘅印象係外脆內軟、塞飽肚、煙U

食開放題,對芝士年糕嘅印象係外脆內軟、塞飽肚、煙UN、漏、



但呢舊話我聽原來以前食開屎
佢無外脆呢個特質,可能因為為極薄皮?
但亦因為咁樣顛覆咗我對芝士年糕嘅印象
唔太脆原來仲好食,佢咬落係棉花糖嘅口感,
芝士香氣滿溢,濃而不漏,披上紫菜,層次十足
