Introduction
The restaurant is located at wharf, it is quiet. You can see the view of the wharf by the floor to ceiling window. It has both bar-setting and table setting. 今次食評嚟到喺西灣河嘅『埠』試吓啲咩叫人間美味😋!勁想同大家講,呢度嘅『姿煮金目鯛定食』簡直就係魚中霸王🐟!金目鯛魚肉滑得嚟就似絲綢,咬落係咁鮮美,味道細膩得來又唔會蓋過嗰股天然魚味,真係口口生津!串燒定食都好過癮,牛肉🥩、雞翼、豚露筍卷串串都係現烤,車厘茄爆汁,絹豆腐又軟滑又入味,每樣都啱口。至於個泡芙,係甜嗜者嘅福音🍰!個泡芙皮金黃酥脆,夾住嗰層厚厚嘅忌廉,甜而唔膩,每一口都似係雲朵噏嘥!坐喺巴士檯,望住師傅巧手即燒串燒,佢個專注嘅神情絕對值得點贊👍。好彩嚟得早,唔使等位就有得試,唔然真係會心急呀!總括嚟講,『埠』提供嘅日式美食質素頂級,係你想要一個味蕾旅行嘅唔錯選擇。飽餐一頓之後,我信心十足地推介俾大家!周末行山過嚟撐下,真喺正!👌 continue reading

今天到鯉景灣碼頭一家日式串燒店。店面比較隱蔽,但是位置很優美,可以看到維港的美景。店裡提供的露天座位也很舒適,可以吹吹海風,喝點冰涼的飲料。今天到鯉景灣碼頭一家日式串燒店。店面比較隱蔽,但是位置很優美,可以看到維港的美景。店裡提供的露天座位也很舒適,可以吹吹海風,喝點冰涼的飲料。午餐有燒鳥丼串燒定食($168)。自家制的免治雞肉棒搭配上生日本雞蛋,再加上大蔥雞肉、冬菇、秋葵和車厘茄,美味的雞蛋掛汁讓這道菜更好吃。雞肉很嫩,秋葵燒乾了之後少了裡面滑潺潺的汁液,不太習慣。定食有沙律、茶碗蒸、甜品,整體來說性價比不錯。另外,串燒定食($328)也很豐盛。墨魚腸是我最喜歡的串燒,有著醬燒的味道,而墨魚很有咬勁。雞翅燒得很平均,雞皮脆,而肉不乾燥。日本番薯味道香甜,非常好吃。其他串燒比較普通,例如車厘茄、冬菇、日本絹豆腐和美國牛肉。不過,他們很注重細節,不同串燒使用不同的竹籤,有粗扁尖頭的、粗扁掘頭的和幼尖竹籤。這種細心的態度值得欣賞。如果想要一個舒適的地方喝酒、吃串燒和吹海風,這裡是一個不錯的選擇。 continue reading

午飯時間同幾個朋友一齊由觀塘碼頭坐船到對面嘅西灣河碼頭,餐廳坐落碼頭旁邊,環境清幽,恍如一次旅行。我哋坐窗口嘅位置,見到旁邊嘅船喺度郁,自己都好似喺船上邊食嘢咁.午餐由百幾蚊至到三百幾嘅套餐,叫咗一個松葉蟹烏冬· 火炙左口群邊丼,烏冬一般,但火炙左口群邊丼好食,火炙完的魚油配上蔥及薑碎,香口滋味,賣相亦靚。朋友叫咗串燒套餐,有驚喜。 continue reading

「埠」原本以為是西灣河一間普通的串燒店,入到餐廳後發現原來這個地方十分浪漫,可以看到海景,是和男朋友吃串燒的浪漫地方,亦非常適合情人節去🤣🤣入到餐廳點串燒後,他會給你一個熱石,以保持串燒溫度夠高,可以使串燒在吃的時候保持最高質素!我們點的每一串串燒,材料都是非常新鮮,而且每一串都加了不同的調味粉,入口非常惹味!當然都是非常用心製作,因此價錢較高都是非常合理👍🏻我們當晚去,點的酒都是買一送一,而且有梅酒、柚子酒等選擇,酒的款式都非常多樣化,吃串燒後喝酒是一流配搭👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️ continue reading

見到這家埠有很多好評所以就去試下。但是原來大部份好評也是午餐,所以就出事了。晚餐基本沒有定食,看到這家店的燒烤出名就奔著燒烤而來。試了他們的多春魚($28)、墨魚腸($46)、花魚($64)、牛舌($78)、蔥蒜牛肉(98)、螢光尤魚($58)、帶子雞翼($112)、關東煮等($158)只能說性價比太低了。28的多春魚只有一條魚苗一樣小的小魚、墨魚腸只有三粒,三粒加埋比一條芝士腸還要細。牛舌味道還可以不過78只有外面日本餐館3份2的大小實在沒有什麼口感。帶子雞翼基本只吃到雞翼,個關東煮158但是質量只比丸龜(即譚仔個大股東)好些但是收費158........吃完後有種濃濃的劏客感,而且上菜極慢,我的墨魚腸和多春魚吃完了差不多20分鐘還未上下一個,我同侍應該如果未上可全部取消就即刻同我講2分鐘可以上齊.....本來客人枱面上個爐係用來KEEP住燒烤個温度,但係我摸下只能用至温來形容......此店不會回頭劏客太狠了。 continue reading
