To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次經過天后都多數會來出名大雞髀的和順記～今次再來幫襯但唔食大雞髀. 叫左個避風塘豬扒飯同必食大炸雞髀食！真心味道真係好正，不過我覺得避風塘豬扒有少少辣會再好食啲….下次要試下個豬手先，見到好多人叫豬手同埋牛柳黑松露蛋，隔離食黑松露蛋個黑松露味道好香👍🏻⋯⋯不過我大多數來都是食大炸雞髀再加個檸檬可樂，真係絕配. 好多人以為炸比薯條嗰隻係配大雞髀其實炸髀薯條是配細髀. 我上次都搞唔清楚. 如果想食大雞髀一定要叫淨髀皇或雞髀飯.
