To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小編今日帶同事去食呢間瘋狂小麵皆因同事話想食下辣野中環區食麻辣野都好多選擇，平價既有南記，貴既有霸王川莊，今日食呢間瘋狂小麵，顧名思義當然係食麵為主啦小編和同事都係嗌酸辣粉，小編當然要加麻加辣多蔥和芫茜啦碗野黎到都已經呃到like，賣相都幾好，食落濃味既但麻和辣都唔夠，對於小編黎講even大大麻辣都only剛剛好，呢度既所謂加麻加辣都只係譚仔中辣既feel，如果食🉐️辣既朋友記得加麻加辣，但如果唔係好食得辣就普通都應該👌🏽㗎啦暫時呢間都係小編最愛既酸辣粉，其餘既店鋪食過一係唔夠濃、一係過分味精、食完勁口喝，但呢間都唔會勁口喝既。另外好欣賞佢地夠多配料，even唔加煎蛋和酸菜其實都夠飽，但小編點可以唔加呢兩樣我既摯愛呢
