工作了一整天疲累了,係時候食啲好嘢獎勵一下自己。我最喜歡的是日本菜。多得同事的推廣介,走了去中環和安里裡有一間日式料理店。同事還極力推介刺身。既然是推介,當然要點刺身。落單己電子化,掃一下,所有食物一目了然,方便又不會錯漏。北海道海鮮丼魚籽,油金魚, 牡丹蝦,海膽和帶子,色澤有光彩,非常新鮮。牡丹蝦有漿口感,帶子夠鮮美,魚籽那鹹香另人回味無窮。刺身丼追加少少錢,還包括飲品,前菜,沙律和麵豉湯。麵豉湯一點都不敷衍,材料足,可見大量昆布,蔥花,豆腐干...味道濃稠。香草燒三文魚鮫魚的部位我最喜歡魚頭和魚鮫,貪其夠滑溜又少骨。三文魚本身油脂成份高,燒起來格外惹味。肉質滑滑啖啖肉,滋味!

魚的部位我最喜歡魚頭和魚鮫,貪其夠滑溜又少骨。
三文魚本身油脂成份高,燒起來格外惹味。肉質滑滑啖啖肉,滋味!
