To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過沙田偉華中心，平日都有食開旁邊嗰間，但係見到雲桂香門口寫住下午茶有飲品優惠，不妨一試比較下。其實配料有好多唔知揀邊樣好，見到本身有配夾好夾的套餐，於是叫咗個招牌雲桂米線，包含10多款配料。呢款招牌米線一定要叫辣，賣相非常非常吸引，配料多到覆蓋全碗米線，有腩肉、雞絲、魚肉春卷、鮮竹龍蝦卷、冬菇、腐竹、雲耳、芽菜、酸菜、芫茜⋯⋯份量真係多到食極食唔完。將配菜連米線一切放入口，口感特別豐富，辣辣地更加過癮！
