To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

完成了一系列的練習和出隊, 又是時候休息一下, 就趁崇拜後組了個頌揚小隊來這裡午餐. 十二時許來到, 天朗氣清, 剛好能坐係最埋邊的窗口位, 由這裡望落去, 應該是最佳位置吧.之前兩次來這酒店都是吃甜的, 終於, 這次是以鹹吃為主. 四個人吃, 就從不同範疇選了四款食物分吃.Nicoise salad, seared yellow fin tuna, garden greens, olives and quail eggs 法式金鎗魚沙律 $170: 8分, 先要個招牌的前菜, 就是法式金鎗魚沙律. 雜菜夠新鮮, 面頭的金鎗魚沒有腥味, 幾鮮甜, 再加上鵪鶉蛋, 是幾豐富的一客沙律.The Ritz-Carlton club sandwich, turkey, bacon, fried egg, herb mayonnaise on toasted bread 麗思卡爾頓特級三文治 $165: 8分, 叫得特級三文治, 果然是相當大份, 一時間連三好也被難到怎樣去分吃. 先吃旁邊的薯條, 炸得香脆, 不太油膩, 是一條接一條的吃下去. 三文治反而成了配角, 用上煙肉, 火雞, 生菜等等

Hainanese chicken rice, chill, dark soy sauce, ginger and chicken broth 海南雞飯 $205: 7分, 賣相精緻, 用上透明盤去為各個項目預備好指定位置. 先試飯, 幾香, 夠乾身, 不會太油, 是令人滿意的. 至於雞方面, 肉質嫩滑, 不過三色醬不太對辦, 尤其是黑豉油不夠香, 也偏稀. 雞肉點上黑豉油, 也只是淡淡的, 還是專心吃飯好一點. 個湯就幾清湯. 這個海南雞飯, 賣到$205, 當然不便宜, 但也不算太高水準.

Pad Thai, fresh prawns and bean sprout 泰式蝦球炒河粉 $180: 8分, 這個Pad Thai, 酸酸甜甜的, 相當開胃, 河粉幾爽口, 而蝦肉也新鮮. 不過就嫌炒得不夠鑊氣, 生氣不夠.

Warm apple rosemary tart, bourbon vanilla ice cream 焗蘋果撻配雲尼拿雪糕 $110: 9分, 吃完主菜, 就輪到甜品時間. 先試的就是個熱的甜品, 焗蘋果撻配雲尼拿雪糕. 圓形狀的, 其實份量不算太大, 四個人分, 不太足夠呢. 撻皮焗得相當香脆, 熱辣辣, 蘋果不會太酸, 配上雲尼拿雪糕, 一冷一熱的效果是相當突出.

Sour cream cheese cake and blueberry compote 酸忌廉芝士蛋糕 $110: 9分, 聰明的把芝士蛋糕同埋藍莓分開, 可以先吃一口純芝士蛋糕, 再吃一口藍莓芝士蛋糕. 這裡的芝士蛋糕質感不是實淨的那一種, 而是偏淋, 芝士香適中, 不會過濃, 跟酸忌廉配合在一起, 幾特別, 再加上旁邊的藍莓, 層次豐富.

整體食物水準是交足功課, 但又不能說是好出色, 就當上來吃個景吧. 環境當然是一流, 服務就認真麻麻, 多次叫人來也不得要領. 是我們坐得太入?
