已有一段時間沒有見過這位友人,一直都很掛心,時不時也會想起她,擔心少了見面而會生疏……無錯! 朋友是需要見,今日大家終於夾到時間聚聚,她還陪我吃喜歡的日本菜,內心興奮不已,期待着我倆相見。餐廳位於大廈二十樓,一出升降機門便見到搶眼奪目的店名。甫進內裏,先看見一個放滿各式各樣日本酒的木架,當然也少不了放滿精美日式酒杯的玻璃櫃。餐廳地方不大,分吧枱座和普通座,約可容納二十幾人。地方雖不大,但能飽覽一望無際的景色。早點來到,可看到清晰的街景,令人醒神; 待晚一點,可望着絢爛的夜景,令人醉心。吧枱座是最佳的位置,能邊品嚐佳餚,邊看着師傅們精湛的手藝,簡直是視覺和味覺的享受,當然不能錯過。既然難得相聚, 當然要吃得豪一點, 我倆都點了鮨真季節推介【櫻】的廚師發辦料理 ($1380),包有前菜Appetizer、刺身七款 Assorted Sashimi for 7 Kinds、壽司五款 5 Hand Formed Sushi、和食二點、稻庭烏冬或吸物 Inaniwa Udon Or Soup及水菓子 Seasonal Fresh Fruit, 非常豐富, 一於邊談邊嚐。*************
