To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天我和一家人找一個好餐廳機場附近，與朋友食飯餞行，聊聊天。我們好幸運地找到一處地方——富豪機場酒店藝廊咖啡室/自助晚餐。這間餐廳10分寬敞，地方整潔，感覺良好。至於個自助餐10分多款式，喜歡吃魚生壽司嘅朋友，這裏就不容錯過。另外有多款沙律同埋凍肉風乾火腿煙三文魚，淨係食個頭盤都飽咗一半。要唞一唞，跟住再嗌咗一支白酒與朋友把酒談天說地。10分寫意。我哋在自助餐繼續戰鬥準備追擊主菜⋯⋯慢煮肉眼扒充滿肉汁香濃肉味另外這間店的海南雞飯好好味，還仲有韓式燒豬柳清酒煮大蜆⋯還仲有正宗印度咖喱同埋泰式食品，講完食完飽到上心口，跟住再整返碗韓式人蔘雞湯，暖暖胃。跟住仲要唞一唞，仲有甜品、糖水、Movenpick雪糕都好好味！不用再講，下次再嚟食埋另一半
