To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年周年紀念選擇左呢間餐廳,因為以前都有嚟過,由服務至食物質素都有酒店嘅保證。今次的確係有啲失望,第一個原因係有位80年代歌星與朋友在場,當我舉起手機幫食物影相時,侍應居然走過來對我們說對面的明星客人唔希望你影到佢,那一刻我已覺得非常委屈,如果餐廳覺得客人需要有私隱絕對應該安排包房安排,而同一位侍應由我們入座開始態度亦不是十分友善。其次食物方面,一般日本爐端燒都好注重上碟嘅鋪排,但今次無論過程及上碟也比不上以前有心思,烤粟米不是明火烤製,而是用錫紙包着。牛扒燒完切好居然是看着師傅飛上碟上,完全沒有鋪排可言。總結而言食物質素係OK,但製作過程和餐廳務質素絕下降,比不上以前。
