禤師傅私房菜長沙灣兼善里小巷裏其中一間小店舖,格局就如大排檔,每晚只做到5-6張枱,除咗地方限制之外,主理人就只係得禤師傅和禤太,一個主外一個主內,逢係熟客就知道,所以上菜絕不能催促,另外每次食完都會成身油煙味,但係我哋都咁鍾意去食,原因好簡單,呢度充滿人情味,同埋佢哋嘅海鮮同小炒真係好出色。今日是2022年4月21號,晚市放監的第一天,我哋就奉獻咗比好掛念嘅禤師傅私房菜,是日晚餐六人前,早早就訂好枱,六個人兩張枱拍埋一齊,隔咗塊政府規定嘅膠板,又可以齊齊整整一齊食飯,食吓當然借啲意推開塊板😎早早就跟褟太訂好想食海鮮,因為佢哋係每朝早會去海鮮檔揀選當日最靚嘅海鮮,想食啲乜嘢同埋點樣煮,都可以商量,或者任由禢師父發揮,我哋覺得最好都係交俾師傅🤓六人餐單食咗九大簋,不解釋,食過我知道有幾好食,一定會返四再返四😋▪️薑蔥椒鹽賴尿蝦▪️砵酒焗𧐢▪️豉汁蒸蟶子(超級多蔥)▪️蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝 (好多蔥)▪️果皮鮑魚 (都係勁多蔥)▪️黃金蝦▪️奄仔蟹▪️生炒骨▪️薑汁炒芥蘭
