To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在九龍灣開完會就來到附近找餐廳坐低同朋友食個晚飯休息下，德福廣場的翡翠拉麵小籠包是一個好選擇，又可以食到久違的上海菜，而且這分店水準都一直無令人失望。原盅雲吞雞湯原盅端上檯時是熱騰騰的，香氣撲鼻，份量適中，是一人份量，雲吞咬落皮滑餡靚，雞肉嫩滑鮮甜，豬肉同雞肉鮮味滲入湯中，燉得夠火候。惹味拌螺肉這一個味道酸甜的開胃小菜很適合在夏天的熱天氣下點來食，以香甜的醋汁拌上爽脆的青瓜，洋蔥粒等，螺肉肉質軟稔入味，食落口感層次豐富。白玉花雕蒸蝦球擺碟賣相吸引，雞蛋蒸得剛好熟，滑溜水潤，入口即溶，香甜可口，帶有淡淡的花雕酒味，味道好夾，蝦球肉質爽口彈牙，蝦味濃郁。麻婆豆腐平時食上海菜都必點麻婆豆腐來食，是送飯一流的小菜之一。豆腐煮得軟稔嫩滑，吸收麻辣醬汁的精華，豬肉碎煮得鮮甜可口，辣度適中，濃郁惹味。下次同朋友相聚我都會再來翡翠拉麵，菜式精緻又抵食，環境都坐得舒適，期待同朋友再來食下其他菜式。
