To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前排睇YouTube見到，作為餃子控嘅我專登慕名而來，呢間小店唔單止嘢食好味，仲好有人情味，我拎住手袋加個大環保袋，個店員見到即刻同我講枱旁邊有個鈎，仲幫我個環保袋打咗個結之後掛上去，等個袋唔使阻住我又唔會掂到地，非常細心。之後叫咗一碗生菜魚肉同埋八隻鴛鴦餃，啲魚肉真係好似坊間咁講非常彈牙，而且份量都好足，好好食。我原本係唔食韭菜嘅人，但係見到comment係咁推介，所以最終都叫咗四隻椰菜同四隻韭菜餃試吓，唔試又自可，一試覺得隻韭菜仲好味過椰菜，個表皮又煎得好香脆，粒粒飽滿，一定會再嚟食😋😋😋

之後叫咗一碗生菜魚肉同埋八隻鴛鴦餃，啲魚肉真係好似坊間咁講非常彈牙，而且份量都好足，好好食。
