To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最好食既譚仔

我好鍾意食譚仔，基本上去到邊區都會食，所以香港新界九龍嘅譚仔都俾我食均。雖然同樣都係譚仔，但係每一間分店都總有少少唔同，有啲分店會比較淡，好似溝咗水咁，有啲又唔夠辣，叫中辣都冇乜料到，有啲啲米線又煮得太淋。長沙灣廣場呢間就係我食過最穩定，質素最高嘅一間，因為以前公司喺長沙灣，所以成日幫襯，但係去到其他分店總覺得冇呢間煮得咁好食，湯底每一次都夠濃味，特別係泡椒酸菜魚湯底同埋重慶酸辣，水準真係穩定㗎。
