To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢度午市都好抵吓,HK$60至80左右就有一個主食、一款小食同一杯凍飲,仲要唔加一。至於嘢食質素,每款都至少水準之上,回頭率100%!1. 紅燒牛肉麵店主話個湯係用新鮮騸牯牛骨熬煮20幾個鐘製成嘅(騸牯牛應該係脂肪分布好靚嘅牛,而且市場供應量有限),個湯好甜,但唔係人造糖嘅甜,係嚟自蔬果嘅甜,感覺應該加咗大量蔬果去熬煮;呢個湯底,令我哋諗起台南名店-阿裕牛肉火鍋嘅湯底,佢就係出名在用咗好多蔬果同牛骨一齊煲咗好多個鐘,所以湯頭有股討好嘅鮮甜味;呢度嘅湯頭仲有陣淡淡嘅藥材同滷水香,好有層次,結果我老公係清咗成碗湯!佢雖然收你78蚊仲要包咁多嘢,但個麵嘅牛肉係半筋半肉,而且入口即化,完全唔使用力咬,麵質亦好Q彈。 2. 寶島口水雞配魯肉飯我本來叫焢肉飯,點知店家話賣晒,因為額頭生咗大瘡唔想食鹽酥系列,最後叫咗口水雞。原本冇乜期望,尤其個雞嘅賣相唔多吸引,但估唔到食落好有雞味又冇雪味;冇乜肥膏啲肉又夠實淨,雞皮好香好爽;醬汁酸味偏重,辣味只係點綴,再加埋滿滿嘅花生碎,真係回味無窮。仲有一點好想Highlight,平時我係唔吼伴碟嘅菜,覺得好乏味,但佢個伴碟青瓜超好味,啲青瓜係醃過嘅,咸咸酸酸咁

我本來叫焢肉飯,點知店家話賣晒,因為額頭生咗大瘡唔想食鹽酥系列,最後叫咗口水雞。原本冇乜期望,尤其個雞嘅賣相唔多吸引,但估唔到食落好有雞味又冇雪味;冇乜肥膏啲肉又夠實淨,雞皮好香好爽;醬汁酸味偏重,辣味只係點綴,再加埋滿滿嘅花生碎,真係回味無窮。

仲有一點好想Highlight,平時我係唔吼伴碟嘅菜,覺得好乏味,但佢個伴碟青瓜超好味,啲青瓜係醃過嘅,咸咸酸酸咁好好食。

但個魯肉飯我就唔多OK,因為竟然好重蝦米味。其實店家落蝦米我覺得係用心嘅,但真心覺得蝦米同魯肉飯唔夾,所以唔OK。個飯最欣賞係佢冇用珍珠米,反而用港人至愛嘅金鳳,而且佢煮得好好,飯粒分明,證明店主對每樣細節都有要求。

3. 茉香綠茶
從來對跟餐嘢飲冇乜要求,仲要咁平。但佢好好飲,有淡淡嘅綠茶香同甜味,飲落個人Gur晒又Fresh,好飲過好多連鎖店台灣茶,Amazing!
