最強玉子遇上最強叉燒人食拉麵我食拉麵,原來要求可以好唔一樣,朋友仔話一定要黎試呢一間嘅湯底,佢話係日本好出名好好好好好味,有魚有雞有海鮮味道好鮮甜,我自己係老土人,食親都係要豬骨湯底,今日一試果然有有意外驚喜!鋪頭細細大概有20幾個座位,鍾意佢圍住個廚房,可以睇住師傅點樣煮麵,最特別嘅係佢有一部外國攞嚟切火腿嘅機器,佢哋係攞嚟切叉燒包!搞到我對佢哋嘅叉燒好期待!睇完餐牌我哋決定叫兩個面同埋貪心啲一個小食。鹽味味玉叉燒拉麵 - 貪心地叫咗有四片叉燒同埋流心蛋嘅組合,呢個湯底最特別嘅地方係用咗外國嘅岩鹽,我哋兩個人一人食半碗自己嘅湯底,最神奇嘅係,明明兩個湯底應該係一樣嘅,但係出嚟嘅風格完全唔同,超級驚喜!鹽味湯底湯頭好清,識到有一個好特別嘅味道,原來係橄欖!佢哋係個湯入邊加左一啲橄欖碎,令到個味道好fushion!最鍾意佢嗰個芽菜,大大啖面夾入口,口感好豐富!味噌味玉叉燒拉麵 - 真係太貪心根本就唔應該叫四片叉燒,根本就食唔晒,不過我超鍾意佢呢個湯底,最特別嘅係佢加左好多紫洋蔥碎,仲有好多芽菜同埋粟米粒,將所有配料搞完入口大大啖好辛辣,味噌味好香好濃,越辛辣越想食快啲!佢哋嘅叉燒真係有我

佢哋嘅叉燒真係有我塊面咁大,最正嘅係佢冇我塊面咁油!叉燒真係做得好清爽,好少人會用清爽去形容一塊豬肉叉燒,但係佢真係好好味,唔知點解我真係覺得佢哋雖然係日本拉麵店,但係所有味道都好有外國嘅特色,包括呢一塊做得咁有外國風味嘅叉燒!

隻蛋就真係冇得頂!我夠膽話我會為咗佢隻蛋再返嚟,流心就不在話下,滷水味道啱啱好,重帶有少少酒香!連平時唔食蛋嘅朋友都獨吞左一隻蛋!

我想讚下佢哋嘅麵,原來佢哋嘅面比起其他拉麵嘅店做得更加爽口,好香麵粉嘅味道,原本我以為兩碗面嘅麵條都係一樣,後尾我發覺原來一碗個麵係粗啲一碗個麵係幼啲,我八卦問咗個店員,原來佢哋會因為唔同湯底吸收湯汁嘅程度去決定用粗麵定係幼麵,因為佢哋怕客人食得慢會令到個面收太多湯汁變林左,鍾意佢哋夠細心!

炙燒骰子肉 - 一啖一大粒,豬肩肉燒完入口一啲都唔肥,加埋一個酸味味嘅醬汁同埋大量新鮮嘅日本葱,清爽好味,$28有好多粒,我哋兩個人飽到都食唔晒。

最後要讚下佢哋杯麥茶,我哋叫咗一杯熱嘅兩份飲,因為見佢可以無限添飲,店員見我哋叫咗就介紹多一句,原來係佢哋自己每日新鮮煲嘅,個麥茶煲得好香好濃郁,入口好舒服!

兩個人飽到捧住個肚都係三百幾蚊,下次黎唔好咁貪心叫個少啲叉燒嘅份量,貪心啲加多隻蛋,再加多杯凍麥茶!
