To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 輪到我最愛的刺身 Sashimi,分別有吞拿魚腩Toro、雞魚Grunt 和牛鰍薄切刺身Thinly Sliced Flat Head Fish,三款都好鮮味,優質!由淡身魚開始品嚐,牛鰍薄切刺身薄至通透,可見師傅刀工了得。其肉質柔軟,魚味清淡鮮味,吃時伴些辣蘿蔔茸 蔥花,再蘸上酸汁,鮮中帶酸,吃起來更清新。

完美的一頓飯當然不少得甜品 Dessert,仲要是我最愛的綠茶,以綠茶蜜和果子配綠茶雪糕 Green Tea “ANMITSU” and Green Tea Ice-cream作總結,太完美!綠茶雪糕 淋上綠茶蜜,幼滑兼甘甜,茶味香濃,周邊配有煙煙韌韌的雙色丸子、爽口的雙色蒟蒻,還有少許甜美的紅豆蓉,份量剛好,並沒有蓋過綠茶的甘香,很合我心意。

今晚最後衝刺,邊吃邊談,又不知時間了,不用三扒兩撥,亦不用來去匆匆,的確好享受,但相信今晚過後,又要返回工作崗位,相信現實不容許我花上數小時享受一頓晚飯,看來又要期待下個悠長假期的出現...
