To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放學之後，同咗佢哋兩個小朋友一齊去譚仔三哥食晏，每次必點過橋米線轉薯粉，譚仔三哥嘅薯粉冇得輸，佢仲要係扭紋薯粉，用筷子夾都唔會覺得好難，而且質感非常煙靭😋最鍾意叫過橋嘅原因係，唔使選擇揀咩餸，咩都有得食，個感覺有啲似打邊爐咁，想食咩就夾咩！我哋12:30去到，餐廳都幾多人，不過好快就可以入座，繁忙時段店舖職員人手可能唔係好夠，所以要點餐都要等少少時間，不過勝在職員態度好，橫掂唔趕時間等一陣都冇咩所謂。

最鍾意叫過橋嘅原因係，唔使選擇揀咩餸，咩都有得食，個感覺有啲似打邊爐咁，想食咩就夾咩！
