To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最鐘意食大快活既下午茶 不論蜜糖燒雞脾 蜜糖燒雞翼 西多士 我都覺得好好食蜜脾燒到d板好脆 又無咩肥油 可以一大啖一大啖甘咬落去但講到最鐘意同每次必食 就係碗仔翅加兩包醋 碗仔翅好足料 成日覺得普通size唔夠候既 可惜碗仔翅無得加大碗如果晏晝餓餓地 廿幾蚊食個下午茶 又快 都不失為一個選擇
