To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上兩個星期同老婆去咗屯門VCity新開嘅千両食晏。本身諗住出尖沙咀食，點知一開app發現佢哋屯門開咗分店，試業期中，即刻轉軚去屯門分店支持吓。屯門哩間嘅設計非常富現代感，主要以灰色之主，極具高尚氣派，入口有一排竹作裝修，富有風格，予人一種悠閑嘅感覺。屯門分店無午巿套餐，我哋叫咗二人刺身、日式海鮮茶壺湯同兩客三文魚腩壽司🍣。質素一如既往嘅好，同其他分店比有過之而無不及。刺身非常新鮮，味道清甜，肉質肥美富彈性，每一款都好好食，令人難以忘懷。日式海鮮茶壺湯外型可愛，裡面有蝦、蜆、帆立貝同菇，味道鮮甜味美，不過略嫌蜆有少少沙。三文魚腩壽司，入口即化，魚油味香濃，味蕾大為感動！珍珠米晶瑩剔透，新鮮有口感，大愛！好開心，以後唔使出尖沙咀就可以享受到日本美食👏🏽！
