Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假嚟中環街市睇嘢，順便再嚟食我最愛嘅川味麵店--瘋狂小面😋今次試咗佢哋嘅擔擔麵，感覺正宗同四川食過嘅一樣味道。🌟四川擔擔麵四川擔擔麵味道香辣，麵條滑順，搭配香濃的花生醬和辣油，有別於香港一般嘅擔擔麵，呢碗擔擔麵係用咗正宗四川成都做法，係用乾撈形式，所以特別香。擔擔麵的辣味適中，香氣撲鼻，讓人食得過癮，十分開胃，而且加咗適量嘅花生醬，所以香味非常之好。🌟四川紅湯大排面 (+牛舌)湯底濃郁，帶有濃烈的香料味。大排肉質鮮嫩，牛舌更添一份滑口，湯底辣味更加係非常有層次，先有少少辣椒嘅香味，跟住再有少少花椒嘅麻味✅🌟泡椒鳳爪鳳爪的口感爽滑，泡椒的香辣味道十分突出。作為開胃菜，十分過癮刺激，鍾意食辣嘅朋友一定要加呢個小食！
