To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早排人人都勁試流心奶黃多士，所以約埋班朋友去試，下午五點先到，結果好幾款點心係賣哂無得揀，有d失望。必食流沙奶黃西多，真係一切落去流哂沙，奶黃味夠濃，好夠熱好香！但如果一個人食哂成份多士就會太膩。蝦多士好大份抵食，d蝦係爽口都幾ok，最重要係好足料，啲蝦蓉係厚過塊包，個個朋友都話要再叫。想叫芋頭流沙多士同箭豬造型炸饅頭但賣晒，好可惜，建議大家要早啲去。馬拉糕，蘿蔔糕同普通茶樓差唔多冇乜特別。銀針粉都係ok,可以試，都同出便餐廳都差唔多。而黑松露燒賣及蟹子燒賣都唔係特別好食，同出邊茶樓都係差唔多，因為黑松露唔夠多，d味帶唔到落個燒賣度。所有點心價錢唔貴都算抵食！
