To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小倆口最愛既就係生蠔，就近就有一間，真係好點左4隻澳洲生蠔($28/隻)，好抵食！又夠新鮮入口時有陣咸咸既海水味，正見其他食評話個大蝦凱撒沙律好似幾好味咁，諗住嗌黎試下，點知賣晒，好失望咁另外就嗌左芝士焗三文魚多士，蒜蓉蜆肉蘑菇天使麵，芝士焗海鮮千層麵同b最中意既羅宋湯芝士焗三文魚多士味道唔錯，我就覺得舊三文魚好似咸得濟，唔可以食太多蒜蓉蜆肉蘑菇天使麵好好味好香，不過其實都蘆係用蒜蓉，係用蒜片既，感覺唔同左相比之下芝士焗海鮮千層麵就遜色多了，味唔夠濃，更可稱得上淡而無味不過唔緊要，生蠔最重要
