To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又係米線時間 ，真係超愛米線 ，去開屯門市中心 ，都係一定會去食架 ，雖然每次水準都有分別 例如：餸一時會多，一時會少，一時會好辣，一時會少辣，所以每次食米線都要撞下口神，睇下廚師重唔重手 ，最鍾意食佢既腩肉少少辣，好咪，炸醬就唔駛講，一個字正，少少辣豬腸又係好味，每次食都係腩肉炸醬豬腸，太好咪！記得呀 雞翼都好好食 但冇影到相 因為每次一到朋友都好快食哂 又係必食既 其實每次食完真係會好飽好飽 因為都好大碗架 又夠味道諗起都想再去食🙊🙊
