To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有肉骨茶嘅餐廳我都想試，金鐘收工，同同事近近地就去試吓佢！都算好方便喎，好近地鐵站！我地18:20去到，可能仲未係食飯時間所以都唔算太多人！係收銀到order完嘢食，就比左個機仔我地，要放係餐枱嘅指定位置到！我同同事兩個人，各自叫咗一個餐，再加多咗個小食！同事叫咗文華海南雞飯，雞肉好軟滑，最重要係雞皮好爽，另外油飯嘅軟硬度都好適中同埋真係好重雞油香味，最後就係一碗雞湯，雖然唔係話好特別，但都好清甜，配埋雞油飯就啱啱好！好明顯我就叫咗新加坡肉骨茶麵線，一嚟到見到碗麵，肉骨非常多起碼有七舊，其實淨係食啲肉都好夠，我初頭以為麵線係米線，但係食落口啲面好彈牙，最重要係個湯，好好飲，好夠胡椒味，又好夠肉味！另外餐會跟咗四舊油炸鬼，浸埋落個湯度先食，真係完美！小食叫左黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕，個黑醬油味好好食，但係如果啲蘿蔔糕有煎下，可能會更加香口！不過不失！朋友好健康，叫咗檸檬薄荷梳打！我就好邪惡咁叫咗杯美祿恐龍，超夠味，其實飲美祿最擔心就係好淡好稀，但呢杯唔會，其實杯美祿一上到枱，我就知道我冇叫錯佢！🥰總括雖然抱住試吓嘅心態，但肉骨茶的確冇令我失望，海南雞亦出色！

總括雖然抱住試吓嘅心態，但肉骨茶的確冇令我失望，海南雞亦出色！
