To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實食過好多次三哥, 不過第一次寫佢既食評。旺角呢間三哥, 因為裝修緊, 所以要行兩層樓梯先上到去, 係有少少唔方便, 希望快D整好啦。之前食三哥如果想要蕃茄湯底就要等到特定時間先有, 宜家唔洗啦! 好開心! 我點左蕃茄湯底加酸菜同埋魚蛋, 10小辣。上菜速度幾快, 等左10分鐘內就有得食。酸菜魚蛋米線配蕃茄湯底 ($40)蕃茄湯底好濃, 中間仲有一pat蕃茄, 真材實料! 米線爽口, 配菜份量適中, 魚蛋有3粒 (如果可以多D魚蛋就好了, 因為好彈牙)。另外因為我唔係好食得辣, 所以點左10小辣, 加埋酸菜一齊食, 酸酸甜甜又有少少辣, 對我黎講岩岩好!跟餐加 $9叫左一杯凍檸茶少冰, 其實就仲係好多冰… 我就中意飲甜D既凍檸茶, 所以無走甜, 篤完檸檬就岩岩好! 無食三哥一排, 原來已經走左塑, 飲管轉左做紙飲管, 好支持呢個做法!

蕃茄湯底好濃, 中間仲有一pat蕃茄, 真材實料! 米線爽口, 配菜份量適中, 魚蛋有3粒 (如果可以多D魚蛋就好了, 因為好彈牙)。另外因為我唔係好食得辣, 所以點左10小辣, 加埋酸菜一齊食, 酸酸甜甜又有少少辣, 對我黎講岩岩好!
