To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最愛譚仔既麻辣米線

我每間譚仔既分店都食過, 但係講味道, 真係得呢間總店同深水埗近黃金o個間最好味, 而黑柏葉更加係呢間先有得食!我自己比較鐘意食辣, 所以次次都係食麻辣既中辣, 但試過朋友叫既酸辣, 都ok架, 幾開胃架, 怕辣既朋友可以試下!至於餸方面, 雞肉同豬潤係我必食既, 另外黑柏葉、竹笙、腩肉同腐皮都好好味架!(但有朋友話d雞肉太滑有d怪, 所以唔鍾意食)我地有時會叫土匪雞翼, 其實食完碗米線都已經幾飽, 但佢d土匪雞翼又真係幾香幾好味, 唔捨得唔叫^^至於服務態度同環境......大家真係唔好有咩期望喇!lunch time真係勁多人架, 位唔多, 又多人等位, 而且呢間係無伙記幫人登記等位, 要自己黎架(深水埗近黃金o個間就有), 而且經常失單, 小心小心.....

我自己比較鐘意食辣, 所以次次都係食麻辣既中辣, 但試過朋友叫既酸辣, 都ok架, 幾開胃架, 怕辣既朋友可以試下!
