To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間新墟既雲桂香係我既老飯堂，每個月總有幾日想食下重慶酸辣粉，呢度既重慶酸辣粉好岩我口味！呢度仲有小鍋米線/紅薯粉揀，我始終至愛食重慶酸辣粉！重慶酸辣粉 $27〔配有醋、花生、榨菜、咸菜、蔥&芫茜〕另加餸：豬頸肉 每款$12每碗粉既分量都十分多，呢度呢酸辣粉夠酸又夠辣，辣到個咀變孖潤腸，但係夠過癮，紅薯粉唔會好淋，彈牙，配湯食一流，不過好易彈到成身紅油！豬頸肉唔算出色，普普通通啦～另外仲叫左個蒜泥白肉 $37呢度既蒜泥白肉好特別，用腩肉包住的青瓜，上面仲有大堆蒜泥～原來咁食會好食的！因為青瓜好清爽可口，配埋腩肉加蒜泥可以解膩～食多多都唔會厭！仲可以令到無咁辣！正！飲品：凍檸蜜～無乜特別～
