To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋四個人，淨係叫咗一隻六斤幾嘅長腳蟹，就已經飽到咩都唔使食啦！可以食蟹食到飽，非常之滿足！😌😌😌😌😌😌😌個蟹蓋有我個頭甘大😂😂😂我哋選擇左用酒清蒸，非常之清甜，特別鍾意佢用蛋白打底，我哋可以食蛋白嘅時候，都食到蟹嘅清甜味！呢隻蟹啖啖肉，好肥美，我哋經常都會嚟食，無論係朋友或者屋企人都非常之喜歡💕唯一有少少失望嘅就係，今次冇哂細嘅蟹揀，逼住要揀大蟹，而且加咗價，最後每人埋單四百幾蚊！同埋可能冷氣太大，食到一半嘅時候啲，已經凍左哂，蛋白又凍左，變咗冇咁好味添！
