To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過品穀嘅麵包同蛋糕都知佢啲出品係高質嘅，今次經過又忍唔住入去睇下，買左件海鹽焦糖碧根果曲奇同伯爵茶鬆餅。個曲奇一拎出嚟已經聞到好香果仁嘅味😍，食落去個碧根果仲係好脆好香。呢隻曲奇係軟身嘅曲奇，配埋脆身嘅果仁係好夾。雖然係焦糖，但係成個曲奇都唔會好甜，係好香果仁嘅味道，忍唔住一啖一啖係咁食😋。鬆餅就無個曲奇咁有驚喜，我係第二日焗反熱黎食，都好有伯爵茶嘅味，不過個鬆餅就乾身啲，如果入面無咁乾就好啦！我仲睇到呢度有個海鹽焦糖果仁撻，下次一定要試下！溫馨提示呢度嘅面包袋係無手抽嘅紙袋，所以黎買野記得帶袋。
