基本上我差不多已吃了全港九最出名的西班牙菜,這間是比較老字號的西班牙餐廳,是嗯我吃了最多次的🥰由於不是地舖,在商業大廈內一樓,但餐廳很好找,在西營盤站附近⭐️門面被紅紅的佈置吸引,內裡裝飾亦以紅色做主調,十分搶眼,貫徹西班牙人熱情如火的性格💃💃💃亦有露天坐位,適合浪漫二人或三五知己暢飲餐牌很多選擇,有套餐亦有單點🩷Scallop Ceviche⭐️⭐️⭐️新鮮帶子刺身,配上自家製酸汁,有種清新感覺,刺激味蕾生牛肉tartar⭐️⭐️⭐️有點像韓國生牛肉配料,香濃牛肉味,與醬汁撈勻,帶點鮮甜,還有配上幼身薯條,香脆可口Scallop on fire⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️火焰燒帶子,這個簡直重頭戲,服務員在鐵板上灑滿酒,一點火,火光紅紅,我們嘩了一聲,很吸睛,香濃蒜香味配上新鮮燒帶子,外脆內軟SEPIA A LA PLANCHA⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️朋友點了2次,實在太好味,卡邦尼墨魚寬扁麵,用墨魚製的寬扁面,麵質口感彈牙又爽脆,食不停口整體環境氣氛,配上食物質素高,真的十分推介俾大家,不吃會後悔啊🩷
