Restaurant: PAK LOK CHIU CHOW RESTAURANT

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友食飯,佢地最中意飲茶因為人多,今次食呢間,味道都唔錯服務好,出品正,要食多幾次先凍花蟹 - 24両(每両$50)潮式的凍花蟹,真係令人心心眼同朋友一起分享最實際,大隻厚肉又鮮甜浄滷水鵝片 - $188呢個係好下飯既潮州菜,必點滷水鵝片薄身入味又夠肉香,好多時都好考師傅同滷水之間既默契索汁的豆腐亦非常搶手,被掃光光豪華大拼盤有蝦棗、蟹棗、海蜇、滷水鵝片有人剛才食滷水鵝片未夠喉,我比較傾心蝦棗、蟹棗炸得外脆內香,出面少有杏汁白肺湯 - $150($60/位)杏汁湯唔係間間店子好飲,呢間做得乾淨飲落杏汁味好香濃,味道好之餘亦對身體好好要飲多幾碗!香煎蠔仔烙 - $108同台式的唔同,好有潮州的煙煙韌韌口感,別有一番風味準備左魚露同胡椒粉,齌加胡椒粉已夠香口沙爹炒牛河 - $90有鑊氣之外又夠多汁,牛肉嫩口,配上滑河粉同秘製沙爹醬仲食到粒粒花生,認真惹味反沙芋 - $108名菜要趁熱食先好味材料簡單,用芋頭與白糖製作,但非常花工夫要把握火候令糖漿變成一層白霜般包在芋頭外層入口熱辣辣,但係好味到震!
