To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三記雖然小妹性格港女👸🏼 但係比起高級餐廳小妹更愛大排檔打冷，貪佢夠鑊氣，夠曬地道朋友知己約埋，啤一啤，都可以係港女的浪漫 😍不過大排檔之中慈雲山既三記絕對是小妹既all time favourite 小妹最中意食佢既蠔餅同埋墨魚餅冬天既時候羊腩煲，醉雞煲更加係無得輸今次大約十點才去到所以唔洗等位就有得食米飯班主詐形話喉嚨痛所以只能讓小妹係墨魚餅同蠔餅中二選其一小妹就選了墨魚餅，韮菜豬紅同蠔仔粥墨魚餅粒粒都係手打再落鑊炸墨魚餅外脆內裹則非常爽口彈牙除左墨魚之外，仲加左馬蹄粒令墨魚餅味道更豐富韮菜豬紅味道適中，不會太鹹豬紅嫩滑，沒有臭味份量亦非常多，十分抵食係略嫌比較多油蠔仔粥蠔仔亦算大粒蠔仔粥既料亦非常豐富有肉粒，魚乾，菜脯粥亦有豐富既大地魚味，非常滋味兩個人一百五就有交易非常抵食，CP值極高所以三記絕對是小妹既大排檔No.1
