To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小曼谷泰國美食站銅鑼灣謝斐道535號Tower 535地庫B02號舖小曼谷絕對係我最愛既泰國餐廳，經常都會同朋友過黎幫襯，今日難得放假就同左屋企人黎銅鑼灣既分店食晚餐，佢地試完都一致好評，話下次有機會一定要再黎泰王咖哩炒紐西蘭青口食泰國嘢點少得咖喱呀，今次揀左炒青口，份量非常多應該有成10隻呀，而且全部都係大大隻，最重點當然係個咖喱汁啦，入口香濃嫩滑我地叫左一份蒜蓉包沾咖喱汁食，真係好正泰脆炸豬手炸豬手係另一亮點，份量多之餘，真係炸得好脆，入口脆卜卜而且非常入味，完全係食到停唔到口，另外伴碟既自家製即炸蝦片都好好味，兩樣加埋需然勁熱氣，但一定要試呀鐵板豬頸肉馬拉盞炒椰菜苗鐵板上比起平時既炒菜更加有鑊氣，超鐘意馬拉盞既味道食落非常惹味，真係食到停唔到口呀鮮芒海鮮炒飯呢個炒飯都幾足料而且好大碟，加入左新鮮芒果食非常開胃，再混埋少少肉鬆一齊食就完美啦
