To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Flint沒有萬豪金殿的星級加持, 但作為酒店內的扒房, 它在牛扒的選擇並非最多, 但無論是提供的品種和做法, 除了比其他星級酒店扒房更便宜, 水準並不會差很遠, 所以相當抵食. 例如今次點的Restaurant Week套餐, 有鵝肝頭盤, 有很Rich的南瓜湯, 又來自澳洲的Striploin, 人均消費五六百元真的不能要求更多. 牛扒來自Jack’s Creek牧場, 除了在世界級的最佳牛肉比賽中屢奪殊榮, 更是第一家培植澳洲和牛的牧場, 當然我們吃的Black Angus, 肉香和嫩滑度在安格斯後來說也算是頂級, 而且烤得恰到好處, 才能夠保持內裏Medium的熟度之餘, 表面的脆香和沉實的坑紋, 也是出色牛扒的標記. 唯一的問題就是座位不是太多, 空間感不夠, 而且前後兩邊也變成了酒店的Lounge, 氣氛有點怪怪的.
