To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近好想念譚仔的皮蛋，趁住週末有時間排隊，便决定到附近的一家分店解決午餐。午飯時間是一定要等才能有位的，还好今天人少d，十多分鐘便有位了。最愛的皮蛋最先到，褐色的蛋白加墨绿色的蛋黃，一些皮蛋的表面还会找到松花状晶体的纹路。蛋白酥软溏心，蛋黄清凉爽口，佐以香菜，再蘸上獨门配方的辣辣汁，增加了味道的層次。
