To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同個friend想食放題，咁食得放題一諗就一定去殿大喜屋，堪稱放題解嘅天花板，平日午市都座無虛席真係誇張！嚟得呢度食梗係食一大盤刺身先啦，拖羅粉紅色色澤鮮嫩，入口肥美，海赤蝦好巨大呀，北海道帶子鮮甜、北寄貝爽口～我哋仲食咗泰式虎蝦、池魚，章紅魚、紅燒海參瑤柱羹、海膽免治和牛塔、清酒煮鮮蜆、海燕窩椰汁燉木瓜～熟食方面，我每次嚟食都會點嘅金湯燴花膠，巨型花膠扒，口感超滿足同埋乳鴿，熱辣辣外表香脆，內裏肉嫩肉質豐富～實在太多嘢食選擇，好飽啊，大滿足！自助區仲有我最鍾意嘅榴槤蓉，入口即化，超好味～
