第五波 疫情殺到嚟 ! 又禁晚市了。正當諗緊今晚煮咩餸時,見到呢間燒味老師排曬長龍, 一於買幾款煮個白飯當一餐。首先,全部份量都好多 ,一啲都冇呃秤海蜇泰式鳳爪(半磅)這個泰式冷盤很美味呢!酸酸辣辣, 很開胃, 海蜇趣嫩爽口;雞爪肉很脆,酸辣的味道令鳳爪更爽口,吃罷後感到滿滿膠質,這道小吃蠻適合飯前吃。至尊燒鵝(1/4隻)新鮮出爐,肥厚又嫩滑, 咬落時散發淡淡油香; 酸梅醬甜酸適中,非常開胃。燒味佬叉燒(半斤)半肥瘦叉燒,一定是斬料加餸之選。肥瘦適中, 肉質不會過淋, 外層有光澤. 食唔哂第二晚仲可以留嚟再整叉燒炒蛋.客家鹽焗雞(半隻)鹹鹹香香, 很惹味, 雞肉嫩滑, 連雞胸也不覺嚡口, 最緊要係雞肉唔肥。

首先,全部份量都好多 ,一啲都冇呃秤

海蜇泰式鳳爪(半磅)
這個泰式冷盤很美味呢!
酸酸辣辣, 很開胃, 海蜇趣嫩爽口;
雞爪肉很脆,酸辣的味道令鳳爪更爽口,吃罷後感到滿滿膠質,這道小吃蠻適合飯前吃。
