To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試過好多椰子雞火鍋，尤其疫情之前常出差公幹，係深圳試過，係海南更加試過無數次。呢間係我係香港唯一食到最正宗既椰子雞火鍋，湯底真材實料，夠純且清甜鮮味，加入文昌雞靜待幾分鐘，一鍋椰子雞湯即完成，雞肉鮮嫩入味，一啖湯一啖雞，實在令人停唔到口；最精髓係個調料，青檸沙姜小米辣椒同醬油搭配出黎既醬汁，令每一個食材都特別清新鮮味，胃口大增！最推薦佢地手打肉丸，單點或者套餐都可以叫，套餐可以試曬四樣，每種別具特色，粒粒超足料，無論口感定係味道都係一流，試一次就知佢幾真材實料，話佢係係香港好少數咁有心機手打靚丸，絕不為過。套餐性價比高，夠飽肚，選擇多，最重要食完完全唔覺得膩，越食約想食，強烈推薦👍
