To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日天氣突然變得有d 凍, 想食暖嘢又想平平地, 譚仔三哥真係首選。每次食嘅嘢都一樣, 但又出奇地唔會覺得悶。🥢食材: 墨丸, 竹笙, 炸醬墨丸爽滑彈牙, 食落口唔會覺得好粉好假。竹笙清洗得唔算乾淨, 要改善。炸醬味道一如以往出色, 唔覺唔覺可以幫手解辣。🥢湯底: 麻辣🥢辣度: 10 小辣淡淡麻辣香, 10 小辣真係bb 班, 所以好易入口。🥢另外加配一人小食: 意川醋香雲耳酸酸甜甜好開胃, 雲耳亦都好爽口。整體食物中規中矩, 有時諗唔到食乜, 真係一個唔錯嘅選擇。
