To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近我同朋友去咗大圍的 Chatterbox Cafe，真係好開心！呢間咖啡店的氣氛輕鬆，非常適合二人聚餐。我們點咗雞飯，真係太好味！雞肉鮮嫩多汁，米飯香軟，搭配特製醬油，味道令人驚喜。每人一碗，吃得特別滿足。接著，我們試咗素春卷，春卷外皮金黃酥脆，裡面嘅蔬菜都唔會話好淋，不油膩。最後，點咗錫蘭奶茶，茶香濃郁，奶味滑順，甜度剛好。同埋紅豆豆奶+雪糕，好似甜品咁，好滿足。總括來講，Chatterbox Cafe 的食物質量高，環境舒適，真係個好地方！如果你哋想搵個地方享受美食，強烈推薦去試試😋
