To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實佢一開張果時（大概2年幾前）飲過一次⋯⋯嘩，奶水黎嘅！🤮利申：我果時差唔多日日lunch都係金鐘廊果間排隊買一杯飯後飲，所以真心失望好啦，事隔咁耐，我再俾多次機會佢（期間有係唔同區繼續買天仁）1. 珍珠鮮奶茶（$24）⭐️一粒星係俾佢嘅珍珠🙄 叫做進步左，去返正常水平（仲記得第一次飲嘅時候，啲珍珠焾到好似就熔咁）但啲奶茶，不，係奶水（仲要冇奶濃），真係好難飲。我只係叫3分甜，而唔係叫3分茶濃囉🤦🏻‍♀️同埋我係叫「熱」嘅，佢俾常溫我⋯⋯我唔理解。。。雖然日日都多人排隊買黎飲，但我真心覺得，「不可一，不可再」，我會留返個quota出其他區買
