I ordered a pickup order on delivery platform for this tea shop and it said pickup in 55 minutes. We arrived there around 30 minutes early, there and there was noone in line, the employees refused to make it early for us to pick up even though they were just sitting around. I am astounded at the poorness of service at this store. I do not recommend coming to this store at evenings because the staff is so disrespectful and their service is poor.

其實很少喝珍奶，怕肥死。但路過常常看到，天仁小店有人圍…「唔使錢咩？」心裡萌生新鮮念頭，找天試試。找天就是今天。趁人少少，幫襯買杯鮮奶綠。等了約10分鐘，奶茶到手。上手是冰冰的；入口是淡淡的。心想還是回家才喝吧！好細細品嚐這人龍店的名物。回到家，啜一口，再啜一口…天呀！其實，是蠻失望的，一點點綠茶的味道也沒有，已經是75%甜，卻那麽的淡口。壽星公煉乳沖水也比她好喝，喝了一半便想放棄，當水喝完。人龍呀人龍，你排啥隊？到百佳，買罐煉乳吧！傻女。驚為天仁，吃驚的驚。

I visited the shop in aberdeen center, looking to get some tea this afternoon, waited in line for 10 minutes and when it was finally my turn to order, the staff had arguments among themselves on the deliverloo order issue. Then made me wait in front of the counter for another 10 minutes without a single word. I decided to ask them to take the order, and one of the staff just directlt told me that they are not taking the orders for now and that i shoule wait.I find no problem waiting, but

I find no problem waiting, but the reason why i am so mad writing my first ever openrice review is their attitude.
It is sk pathetic watching the staff behaving like they dont give a single thing about their customers.

    浪子也是一個抹茶控，三不五時就要在街上找抹茶甜品吃。大熱天時在街上走著，更難忍口不幫襯一些綠茶食品，剛巧路過香港仔，看到天仁茗茶有"試食價$20"元，便二話不說買了一支。抹茶味道很濃，入口先甘，然後才有淡淡的甜品。加上非常之凍，在大熱天時也不容易溶，感覺著實不錯。窩夫筒也有一定厚度，吃下去有些白糖味道，雖然沒有一些專門店那種即製窩夫筒來得香，但也是一個不俗的窩夫筒。一般的抹茶專門店多放一些配料可能已經要價$40左右，這裡的霜淇淋可能較為單一，但也因此可以專心吃抹茶味，而價錢也變得很親民。
